Download ESXI-Customizer, http://www.v-front.de/p/esxi-customizer.html
Run the ESXI Customize tool.
Select the Original ISO from Step 1,
Select the .VIB file from Step 2. You may have to change the File Type filter in the Open dialog to be able to view and select the .VIB file.
